Order Cancellation
Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. Return & Exchange
The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received.
To be eligible, please make sure that.

-The product isn't used or damaged
If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or FREE exchange. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

USA customers:
Contact us and we will email you one free return label with a return identification number for your product. If you choose to be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We ask you to return your item to us on your own. The exchange will ship free of charge from our warehouse once we get your return.
